Responsibilities: maintenance of
the Geographic Information Systems database; tracking, analyzing and providing solutions
to development and land use issues within Manchester; adding the spatial component
to the current Manchester Local Sustainable Development Plan, and assist citizens
in mapping needs. Assist Government agencies in updating and analysis of spatial
data for planning and development purposes. Conduct Spatial projects such a Land
Use Survey, Site selection analysis, etc. Provide mapping support where necessary
to inspection enforcement unit at the Manchester Parish Council as it relates to
breaches by the preparation of enforcement notices and stop orders. Provide Cartographer
assistance to the Manchester Parish Council and Manchester Parish Development Committee
in map creations.
